Individual Coaching

The method is consistent.
The application is individual.

People come to this work with different bodies, histories, and problems. I don’t believe they need the same template.

My coaching brings together physical capacity, behavioral awareness, and deliberate practice. Not all three in equal measure for everyone — the right tools for the person in front of me.

The aim is a more capable, honest, deliberate life. We begin with what yours actually looks like.

Three Areas of Work

One person.
One whole picture.

01

Physical Capacity

Strength, movement, nutrition habits, and recovery. Sustainable capability, built around the body and life you actually have.

02

Behavioral Awareness

Recognize recurring reactions, understand what reinforces them, and practice alternatives. Accountability without turning every setback into self-punishment.

03

Deliberate Practice

Meditation, breath, reflection, and practical routines. Ways to return attention to the choice in front of you — and to make room between the trigger and the response.

The five recurring practices connect these areas. We return to them as your circumstances change.

Private Strength & Nutrition Coaching

I still take on private strength and nutrition clients. I’ve spent more than twenty years helping people train, eat, and rebuild. That work is still part of what I do.

If you want practical coaching built around your body, your goals, and your actual life, tell me in your application.

How We Begin

Your actual life is the starting point.

We look at what you want to change, what you have already tried, and what keeps getting in the way. Then we choose realistic priorities and practices you can use in ordinary life.

We review what changes and adjust. Progress might mean more strength, a steadier routine, a conversation you stop avoiding, or catching a familiar reaction before it takes over the day.

There is no single template, universal outcome, or fixed transformation timeline.

Who this is for.

This may fit if you’re tired of understanding your patterns and still repeating the same shit by dinner.

Maybe you’ve built a successful career but feel disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve trained for years and still don’t feel satisfied. Maybe illness, injury, surgery, or age changed your relationship with your body.

You don’t need a perfect explanation. You need an honest starting point and a willingness to practice.

What the work can offer.

More room to recognize what is happening. A practical way to work with what you can change. Support in returning when the old pattern shows up again.

This is coaching, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. I do not promise a new life in 30 days. We should earn our claims through the work.

Break the loop.
Become deliberate.

Tell me where you are, what you want, and what keeps getting in the way. If I think I can help, we’ll talk.
